What are the top 3-5 questions people usually ask about getting a custom 3D bust made for military retirement or other honors?
The most common questions we receive are: 1. Can I give you a photo instead of a scan? 2. Why is it so expensive when it's made out of plastic? 3. What is the turnaround time?
What exactly do customers get when they order a bust? What's part of the package, and are there any extra options?
Customers receive a basic bust, a classic stand, and text indicating a desired message, typically Name, Rank, Branch of Service, and Years of Service. We offer two sizes: Basic (25 cm) and Deluxe (37 cm). Extra options include adding text, insignias, choosing a different color, or custom sizes. These options will incur additional costs.
Could you walk me through the steps someone takes from deciding they want a bust to receiving it?
After reviewing our samples and price chart, and deciding to proceed with a bust, the first step is to fill out a consent form for the 3D scan and an order form. A non-refundable $150 deposit for the scanning is required to start production, which will be credited towards the final price. Once manufacturing begins, the turnaround time is two to three weeks. We will keep you informed of the progress. Upon completion, the bust will be delivered according to the shipping option specified in your order form.
Are there any special instructions, tips, or important things customers should know before or after they order?
Customers are encouraged not to wear glasses during the 3D scan. The scan must be paid for immediately after it is taken. Once the deposit is paid, it reserves your spot in the manufacturing queue. Please anticipate a turnaround time of one to two weeks. We accept credit and debit cards for your convenience.
